I'll be here all day with Kushty Life treats, enjoying another gorgeous coastal Maine day. The sun is shining, it's a perfect 76°, and there's a refreshing ocean breeze making it hard to beat.

I also dropped off a fresh batch of Honey Glaze Moisturizing Sticks at Barter's Island Bees so if you're in the area, be sure to stop in and check them out! And when I wrap up here this afternoon, I'll be heading over to stock up everyone's favorite harbor shop, Enchantments!

I'm in beautiful Boothbay Harbor today with lots of Kushty Life goodies, plenty of samples, and some great sales! It's a little cool, but honestly, that's pretty perfect for walking around the harbor, shopping, grabbing a coffee, and enjoying the coast.

I was out early walking Athena this morning, and the water was so still it almost didn’t look real. No boats. No noise. Just that quiet kind of peace you don’t realize you need until you finally slow down long enough to feel it.

If your days have been full of hustle, noise, errands, notifications, and nonstop movement, try waking up a little earlier this week. Have your coffee or tea outside. Breathe in the fresh air. Listen to the birds before the world gets loud.

Sometimes the best reset is just a quiet morning and a few deep breaths. Have a great day everyone!
