Wanted to give everyone an update. I had Polycythemia Vera it was secondary and caused from smoking. I was also having Gut Dysbiosis that has seen a lot of improvement over the past couple of weeks. The nudules that have been found look benign and will be reevaluated in 6 months. The cyst that ruptured on my o***y and the fibroids on my uterus will be ultrasound next month. I am feeling so much better and have been back to work!! Thank you everyone for checking on me and being supportive through all of this! It was very appreciative!! ❤️💕❤️

So far so good!! Have some good news!! The 13mm adrenal nodule with signal characteristics and enhancement pattern typical of an adenoma.
Looks benign!! The secondary PV (Polycythemia) seems to be clearing up!! My blood work showed a lot of improvement since I quit smoking!! I am also feeling significantly better then I was!!
