Today we honor a true Wise legend, Jackie Adams of People’s Barbershop. 💈

Since sometime in the 1980s, Jackie has been more than just a barber — he’s been a friend, a listener, a storyteller, and a steady presence in our community. For decades, his chair has been a place of laughter, advice, and connection.

Even while quietly battling cancer, he continued to show up with strength and dedication. That says everything about the kind of man he is.

Wise won’t be the same without him behind that chair. We are so grateful for the years he gave, the lives he touched, and the example he set.
