How to take care of your lashes so they last!

💧 Avoid Steam for 24 Hours
The adhesive is 99% cured right after the service. It is usually 99% dry 0.5-1sec after we attached the lash. Can you believe it? However, we still recommend you avoid showers, saunas, swimming, and sweat. But if your had your refill in the morning the shower at night should be just fine. However, we always recommend to avoid water falling directly on your lashes.

👐 Hands Off!
Don’t touch, rub, or pull at your lash extensions — this weakens the bond and may cause premature shedding. If your eyes are itchy it could be a sign of irritation or even possible allergic reaction. Contact your lash artist immediately.

🧴 No Oil-Based Products
Oil breaks down lash glue overtime. Your lashes will not fall of right away but the retention will be weaker. Avoid oil-based makeup removers, cleansers, and creams around the eyes. Eyepatches are usually good to go!

🧼 Clean Lashes Regularly
Use a lash-safe cleanser 2–3 times a week to remove dirt, oil, and debris. Gently brush through lashes after drying. Do not use towel to dry your lashes. It may pull them. Blot with a clean tissue or a paper towel. Tip: keep a box of tissues next to your sink (it's great for your skin too!)

🛌 Sleep Smart
Avoid face-down sleeping or rough pillowcases that can tug at your lashes. We understand it is hard to control but it does affect your retention.

💄 Avoid Mascara & Eyelash Curlers
No mascara. Absolutely. We will not be able to refill your eyelashes if there is a mascara residue. However, if you don't plan on coming to refills, mascara is ok as long is it is not waterproof.

🔁 Book Regular Fills
Schedule touch-ups every 2–3 weeks to keep your lash line looking full and fresh. Anything after 4 weeks is considered a full set.
