This client started seeing me for a modified acne bootcamp (driving all the way from Worcester!) while she was pregnant. We started her on pregnancy-safe actives, a pregnancy safe acne peel, and were gentle on her sensitive skin. After giving birth, we continued our plan, adding in different treatments, as her OB-GYN approved, and were able to successfully clear her acne.

She now keeps her results maintained by ordering her skincare through my website, and seeing me when she can, but let’s get real, who has time for an hour+ drive with children!? I can’t even find the time to drive down the street for my own skin!

Regardless, I’m so happy we’re able to help clients maintain their skin from afar and build lasting relationships 🤍

Story time: this client and I had a virtual consultation back in fall of 2025. She had tried a few other similar programs to ours, but was willing to give Live by Skin a shot after seeing a list from one of my longest time clients.

I customized a regimen for her and signed her up for our in-person acne bootcamp for bi-weekly peels with BOSTON ESTHETICIAN/MAKEUP ARTIST | Julianna Zucco . Though I tweaked her regimen a few times over the last (almost) year during our virtual check-in’s, Julianna was able to steadily clear her skin through professional treatments and guidance.

Honestly, what I think sets our acne program apart from others is:
1) Our hand holding. Aside from being seen twice a month in-office, this client and I spoke at least monthly to tweak things that weren’t working. Sometimes it really does take a few tries to get things right, and without multiple touchpoints with both Julianna and me, I’m sure it would have been easy for this client to give up. We were both here to cheer her on and guide her.
2) Our collaborative team. I worked on my own for four years, and even though I had so many clients get clear, there is such a community feel being in an office where we work together and support our clients through their journey. I feel so honored to have such talented estheticians working beside me, especially one that can create this masterpiece and hand deliver confidence back to clients. (Julianna!!)
