The massage vibes are immaculate today.

A great day doing massage in beautiful Wolfeboro, ending with finding a duck on my Jeep. This community is fantastic. My clients are fantastic.

Being a massage therapist grounds me, centers me in profound ways. Vibing to the rhythm of my hands and connecting to the human on the table, feeling muscles and tendons relax, I am transformed as if I spent the day in meditation. In fact, massage for me is a moving meditation in which my clients can experience calm and relief. My wish is that clients leave in the same state as I do. This is a card that spoke to me during a personal psychodrama training moment, where I needed to speak to and become my "Heart Bird." My work transforms me into my Heart Bird self.

There is such a gift in doing massage for me, and here by the lake where I can recharge and enjoy this time is much needed and appreciated. I am grateful for everything.

My little office plant is reaching out for Spring after all this snow.

Hi, some art things happening! I have a painting in a show at Aplomb Gallery in Dover starting April 6. I will be submitting to The Art Center (Dover) member show happening after Aplomb, and then Ruth Hansen and I are doing a show together at the Belknap Mill in Laconia in the month of August. We have loosely titled it "Meditations." More details as it gets closer!

A gorgeous sunset here in February, and a warm heatwave. The lake is so comforting today. A great way to end a wonderful day of massage.

After doing some massages I took a walk in this warm weather and ate my lunch at the docks. I am so lucky to be living this dream. Thanks to everyone for being so supportive, I truly appreciate it. ❤️

A dreary rainy day outside, but the massage table is warm and comforting. I love going to the office on days like these because this space is like a relaxing cocoon. I love what I do!
