Founder Files: Episode 6 🩷 | You Have to Start Somewhere
You don’t have to have everything figured out before you start.
I’m building Elevate Her CT in real time, and the truth is—I don’t know all the ins and outs of building an organization. I don’t have every answer, every resource, or every step perfectly mapped out.
But I’m learning.
And sometimes that’s what building looks like. You start with what you know, learn what you don’t, make adjustments, and keep showing up.
So if you’ve been waiting until you have the perfect plan, more money, more knowledge, more support, or until you finally feel “ready”—start anyway.
You will learn as you grow.
You don’t have to become her before you begin building the life, business, organization, or dream you see for yourself.
You can build and become at the same time. 🩷

Payday Friday! 🩷
One of my little forms of self-care has always been my payday meal. You know—the meal you’ve been thinking about all week that you finally go get when that direct deposit hits. 😂
Today I had a MYhibachi chicken & shrimp combo — 10/10. And the crab rangoon? Also 10/10. No complaints over here. 😭
So today’s What in the Wellness? question is:
What’s YOUR payday meal? 👀
Are you getting your favorite takeout? Going somewhere nice? Cooking something good at home? Or do you have that one specific meal you always treat yourself to when payday comes around?
Drop yours below — I might need some ideas for next payday. 😂
Our first Every Cycle Matters community activation was a success. 🩷
Elevate Her CT had the opportunity to bring Every Cycle Matters to March for Education, providing complimentary menstrual wellness packs to young ladies in our community.
What started as an idea became something tangible, and seeing these resources reach the girls they were created for made this first experience incredibly meaningful.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table, supported us, shared our information, encouraged us, and helped make our first community activation a success. I truly hope every young lady who received an Elevate Pack walked away feeling a little more prepared, supported, and confident.
This was our first—but it certainly won’t be our last. There is so much more to come.
Be sure to follow Elevate Her CT on social media and subscribe to our email list so you don’t miss upcoming initiatives, resources, and Elevate Her Experiences.
Thank you for supporting the vision.
See you at the next one. 🩷
