To my fantastic CHM fans,
I previously posted that I was "Taking 5" and I am. I'm doing some researching on a few products that several customers have inquired about and I believe that I am very close as to whether or not I can do it and add it to my product line. I can't say for sure when I will be back in the Lab. I'd like to thank my long time loyal customers who continue to put in orders for the items they like; so don't think that I have gone completely away. I'm still here...just not posting on shop.CHMLABS.co website, at the moment.

TIME TO TAKE 5!!
CHM LABS is taking a break. We’re not going anywhere just taking the time to review, ramp up and scale up.

This has been coming for a while as I have been doing a lot of thinking about just what it is that makes me love what I do. First of all, it has always been and always will be the inspiration, love and trust that I have been getting from those who have stuck with me from the beginning and got me to where I am.

This type of business is new to me and I would be remiss if I thought that for one second that there are just not a lot of e-commerce businesses online, please. Trying to keep a business going forward takes a lot of time, creative thinking, a budget, and a lot of discipline. So, I need to pull away from my mixing and researching of ingredients in order to concentrate on the administrative side of CHM LABS.

My website is not going anywhere, but there will be some deletions, additions, changes. And, when I do repost, I think my trusted and repeated customers will like what they see and want it.

There will be no products posted for St. Patrick’s Day or Easter. However, I may have time to get something ready for Mother’s Day (hopefully).

2022 CHM LABS AND YOU!

Creating a line of personal skin care products was a dream of mine that started in December 2018. A few family members and friends trusted me enough to give my products a try and eventually purchased them. Fast forward...

The CHM LABS’ ecommerce store was launched this past November via a Zoom call. I was thankfully overwhelmed by the reception of our site during the soft launch party and the orders that were placed by the attendees, that very night.

Because of your support, I am determined more than ever to continue on this journey creating handcrafted, nourishing skincare products for you. It’s been an exciting six months getting the website ready, so now it’s onward and upward with exciting new products on the way.

Good Morning!

First, thank you🥰 to those who participated in our first week and soft launch. You've really helped us stress test our network and store😘. With ecommerce, you won't know where the bottlenecks are until you go live.

As you can imagine, there were unexpected glitches. We've worked out most but have a few remaining things that need technical assistance and coding way above our pay grade.🤯

If you've placed an order, we've got it and are processing or producing it, so no worries. (Be sure to check your "SPAM" folder for our emails from [email protected] and/or [email protected]). The payment and shipping gremlins are having a little fun, trying to wreak havoc in the back office.

Bear with us. We'll have those challenges solved very soon.

With that said, here's the good news, bad news😳...we have to leave our Black Friday, Cyber Monday offers in place for a few days🔥, to replicate some of the order scenarios we had trouble with.

That means they're still available, while supplies last. If you order online and the paid shipping through USPS and payment processing goes through with PayPal, you'll receive your order confirmation via the email used to create your account.

If you select the Zelle or CashApp methods, we'll reach out to you with the payment instructions, apply the appropriate discount to your order (if applicable) and let you know what the shipping fee is, if the order is under $100 (free over $100). You can also call us at 908.801.6355 to complete your order over the phone.
