This looks sooo good!!!! 😋

Baked Beef & Onion Supper Ingredients 2 to 2½ pounds beef chuck roast, round roast, or stewing beef 2 large yellow onions, sliced thick The 4-ingredient sauce 1 packet onion soup mix 1 cup chili sauce 1 cup cola (or beef broth if preferred) 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce Optional: Black pepper Garlic powder Fresh parsley for serving This style of recipe is similar to classic onion-soup-mix baked beef roasts and cranberry-chili sauce roasts. What It Tastes Like The onions melt down into the sauce while the beef slowly braises. You get: savory beef flavor sweet-tangy glaze silky onion gravy fork-tender meat The cranberry sauce doesn’t make it taste “fruity” — it balances the richness and gives the sauce body. Instructions 1. Prep the oven Heat oven to 325°F (165°C). Use a Dutch oven or deep covered baking dish. 2. Build the onion base Spread all the sliced onions across the bottom of the pan. Set the beef right on top. Season lightly with black pepper and a little garlic powder if using. 3. Mix the sauce In a bowl combine: onion soup mix chili sauce cola cranberry sauce Whisk until mostly smooth. Pour everything over the beef and onions. 4. Bake low and slow Cover tightly with lid or foil. Bake: 3 hours for a roast about 2 to 2½ hours for beef chunks Halfway through, spoon some sauce over the meat. The onions should become soft and jammy. 5. Finish When done, the beef should pull apart easily with a fork. If you want thicker gravy: Remove beef Put pan on stovetop Simmer sauce 5–10 minutes uncovered Best Ways to Serve It This is incredible over: mashed potatoes buttered egg noodles rice thick toast baked potatoes Add a green vegetable like peas or green beans to cut the richness. Make-Ahead Tip It tastes even better the next day because the onion gravy deepens overnight. Store refrigerated up to 4 days. Easy Variations Mushroom Version Add: 8 oz sliced mushrooms Extra Tangy Add: 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Slow Cooker Cook on: LOW 8 hours or HIGH 5–6 hours#Airfryer #foodie #fyp #fb
