I’m going to be honest with y’all, this post is for ME too! 😢🥺😩

Looking back on this past year, I’ve realized that I haven’t been putting in the work to reach my hair goals I had set for myself. Granted, I’ve had 2 trims this year and my hair has definitely grown from what I HAVE made an effort to do… butttt, I haven’t been sticking to my consistent routine that I outlined back in March.

I was SUPPOSE to have been washing my hair every other week, deep conditioning w/steam, oiling/massaging my scalp 2-3 times a week, braiding or twisting it, etc., and I definitely didn’t do the work to see the results I wanted to see 😒

Slow progress is still progress and YES I’m thankful that my hair is the healthiest it’s ever been since the start of the creamy crack , but so much more could have been done on my part.

Life got hectic and the the first thing to go was my Self care!

Here’s the thing: I know Naptural Queen’s products work. But for the last few months I’ve been relying solely on that and that ain’t it!!

So instead of talking about it and telling others what to do, it’s time to practice what I preach!!

There really isn’t anything like being in the beauty industry.
