I've been having bouts of the dizzies and higher sensitivity in my ears this week with some cold symptoms. Ariel brought me to the Dr this morning to see if i had a double ear infection. Nope, it's vertigo!

This is the first video I found about the exercises and found it informative & intrigued to share with ya'll for a tidbit of knowledge 😉
