Hi everyone!

We wanted to take a moment to introduce ourselves to some of our new members and followers! We’re Josh and Haley, the owners behind beem light sauna here in Woodbury, where we also live and raise our family, and we’re so grateful to be part of this amazing community.

Health and wellness are a huge passion of ours, and bringing light therapy to Woodbury has been incredibly meaningful to us. What started as something that positively impacted our own lives has grown into a space where we can help others prioritize their health, recovery, relaxation, and overall well-being.

When we’re not at the studio or working, you’ll usually find us spending time with our kids, staying active, and of course… sneaking in sauna sessions together 😊 We also love being out in the community at local pop-up events. If you see us around, come say hello!
