The Salon is looking for a friendly, motivated and dependable part-time Front Desk Concierge to join our team! If you have a passion for customer service, an interest in the beauty industry and enjoy being at the heart of a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Our Front Desk Concierge is often the first and last person our guests interact with, so a warm, polished and welcoming presence is essential.

What we’re looking for:

• A warm, welcoming and professional personality
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Dependability, punctuality and reliable attendance
• The ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment
• Comfort using computers, phones, email and scheduling software
• The ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly
• An interest in the salon and beauty industry
• Previous scheduling or customer-service experience is a plus

Scheduling requirements:

This is a part-time position. Applicants must have flexible availability and be able to work a combination of:

• Daytime shifts
• Evening shifts
• Every other Saturday during the day
