We never stop evolving... and your hair shouldn’t either.

This natural texture is bringing a whole new era of energy to an already truly stunning soul. As a long term client of mine, we’ve been refining her look for this beautiful third chapter of life.

By embracing her natural color and shifting her routine for maximum fullness, we’ve unlocked a whole new level of radiance. We discovered that adding a bit of length and adjusting the shaping actually brought her curl pattern to life more than when her hair was a little shorter.

Sometimes, the best version of you is just waiting for the right shift in perspective.

Think shorter layers mean more volume? Not for everyone.

For this client, short layers would have left her curls looking thin at the bottom. Instead, we used long layers and a rounded perimeter to keep the fullness traveling all the way from the roots to the ends.
To finish, we ditched the “perfectly coiled” look and broke up the definition for a tousled style.

Pro-Tip: If your curls look thin, your clumps might be too big. Try to fluff them out or separate some clumps when dry.

What we are back in 2016? This was the year of the Glow Up for me. Boy was I busy… From opening my salon suite, losing 50lbs, getting engaged and having lots of adventures with loved ones. This was the year I decided to get serious about my future. Hardest part was saying goodbye to my adorable Papa, but I have so many beautiful memories to cherish of him.
