Today is my last official day behind the chair after 13 years in the industry.

It makes me emotional to think of my 16 year old self, getting my first job at a hair salon, chasing my dreams of going to cosmetology school in Chicago and then eventually starting my own business at the age of 23. What a beautiful chapter of my life that has taught me so many lessons that I will carry with me forever.

This decision did not come easily, but ultimately it is what is best for myself and my family right now. I am so blessed to have the opportunity to stay home and raise my boys, and I’m looking forward to it.

To every client who has supported my business— THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart. This career has never been only about hair, but the genuine friendships & connections that come from it. That is what has fueled my passion for so long. There are so many of you that I may have never had the chance to connect with, had you not sat in my chair and trusted me with your hair. I just want you all to know how deeply grateful I am.

My calling right now is to focus on motherhood, but who knows what the future has in store. My passion & gratitude for this industry will live on forever 🤍✨🥹
