Listen to your significant other and wear the damn SPF now, and avoid dark spots and sun damage later on. 🍂🕶️

Okay real talk for a second 👇

I say this to every client who sits in my chair: if you’ve got a mole that’s been “kind of weird” for a while, or a spot you keep meaning to ask someone about - please just go get it looked at. A five-minute derm visit could genuinely save your life, and most of the time it turns out to be nothing, but that’s exactly why you check.
And the other thing I’ll never stop saying: wear your sunscreen.
You don’t need to be scared of the sun. You just need to respect it. 🤍☀️
