We were trying to reply to her post but she blocked us.

You know Nadya, all we want here is solution. We offered to give back $500 even after you reported us as fraud to our bank. All we’re asking from you is to call your bank and fix what you reported so we can use our bank again. This is such an inconvenience for us, we cannot use our bank because of the fraud you reported. You are harassing us on social media, yelp , asking people to leave bad reviews and to threat us. Not uploading the whole conversation we had? You only uploaded what you just want people to see and just part of our conversation. There’s always two sides of the story. You are making all this people that comments on our yelp and social media believe that we are at fault when our intentions are clean. Why won’t you answer our calls so we could talk properly instead of getting other people get involve to this that doesn’t even know us or the whole story. That is harassment. Us business owners want the best for our customers and we’ve been on this business for so many years. Do you really think we are going to scam or ruin our name for $500?? If we are at fault on this matter why you were the one who blocked us on social media? We were trying to solve the situation but why you were the one not answering our calls? How can we communicate better to resolve the situation? What do you really want? Do you just really want to ruin us? We wish that we can post the full conversation we had here on yelp so everybody will understand the real story behind this.

Lastly for those people that left us a review but didn’t really know us or gotten any services from our business, please stop leaving bad reviews, harassing and threatening us by telling us hurtful words like we should go to hell , that hopefully someone will beat us and etc… please know that there’s always two sides of stories. We woman should empower one another by knowing first what is the real story behind everything. Not all the things we hear we have to react impulsively and agree.

We took screenshots of all the bad reviews, threats, harrassments for receipts. We are on the process of taking legal advice. This is getting beyond in control. We even had fon calls threatening us. This is really bad.

For all those who took the effort to do their research first and know the full story before reacting, Thank you 🙏🏼 It meant a lot for us.

Now on the other side we are trying our best to settle this with Nadya, even gave $500 and even willing to cooperate legally how ever she wants it.
