A 90-minute session gives us time to go deeper. It allows for full-body work and attention to those stubborn areas without feeling rushed. More time = more thorough, more effective, and longer-lasting relief.

If you’re dealing with chronic tension, high stress, or just want to fully unwind… 90 is usually the move.
