I’ve been working with this client for a year now and recently went through an injury. I was able to work with her and her treatments she does with a physical therapist to release her hips and lower back. Which in her case was very painful. We’ve made progress though. Like I always tell my clients the pain was worth it; since it helped release a lot of muscles.
