Coming Monday 1/27!!!! So excited to combine yoga, movement and breath in one class. Join Melissa Martin and myself for some release, relaxation and body attunement

Breathwork is the process of changing your breathing pattern for an extended time to then drop out of your mind and into your body. This process provides an excellent opportunity to process trauma, support your body and mental health, and have deeply meaningful meditative experiences. Every class and breathing time is different and provides support, healing and growth. Breathwork is an excellent co-modality for therapy and/or recovery, for those looking to go deeper with their meditation Reserve your spot now: https://www.vagaro.com/cl/Sb-ZuObEWHaARWQuLsPRv9I1OQc12XVbaXioefCk2Xw=
