Lease terms:
• One-year lease (two-year option available)
• Lease payment due by beginning of each week (Sunday)
• $150 security deposit
• Lease payment options (e.g., check, Venmo, Pay-Pal and cash/drop box)

• Basic necessities (e.g., chair, mirror, towels, tools, product, etc.)
• Salon license (State of GA)
• Master cosmetologist license (State of GA)
