Hello everyone,

I wanted to send out a quick note and ask a favor.

As many of you know, I do not have an assistant, and I haven't had one for quite some time. When I'm with a client, my focus is completely on them. Because of that, I keep my phone on silent and put away while I'm working behind the chair. I now use my tablet to manage appointments, client color formulas, and salon operations throughout the day.

To help make things easier and more efficient for both you and me, I kindly ask that all appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling requests be made through my online booking system whenever possible. That's exactly what it's there for—to give you the convenience of managing your appointments anytime, even when I'm unable to answer messages right away.

If you haven't already created an account with the booking system, please take a few minutes to do so. Having an account allows you to book, reschedule, or cancel appointments without having to wait for a response from me.

Also, because my schedule tends to book well in advance, I highly recommend scheduling your next appointment before leaving the salon. Even better, consider keeping at least two future appointments booked to ensure you get the dates and times that work best for you.

In order to continually provide the highest quality of service and focus on the core technical specialties that best serve our clientele, I am writing to inform you of an update to our service menu.

**Effective immediately, the following services have been retired and are no longer available for booking:**
* Toner Refresh

* Mini Highlights

* Men’s Color & Hair Color
* Beard & Mustache Services (including Beard Shape Up and Lineup)

* Brow Tinting

* Brazilian Blowout Split End Treatment

If you have an existing appointment already on the books for one of these specific services, I will reach out to you individually to discuss adjusting your upcoming reservation.

This streamlined menu allows for dedicated focus on delivering the luxury, customized color and cutting experiences you know and love.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with professional makeup brands, Clinique, Erno Laszlo, Clarins. Doing makeup for special events, and help women discover looks that enhance their natural beauty. I especially love helping women find simple, flattering makeup and skincare routines that work for their lifestyle.

Behind the chair, my focus is hair. But I also love sharing my knowledge of makeup and skincare and helping women with things like foundation matching, choosing the perfect lipstick shade, or answering questions about products and routines.

While I don’t carry or sell makeup or skincare at the salon, I do have a separate makeup website where clients can order the products I recommend.
