Dear Friends,

After 29 years of spreading sunshine in our community, Tropical TanSpa is heading into retirement. Brightening your days has brought so much joy into my life and I will forever hold a place in my heart for each and every one of you. To everyone who has supported my small business and shared a part of your story with me, I am eternally grateful. While I'll miss my tanning peeps immensely, I'm excited to start the next chapter in my life. Many of you know I have been studying health and nutrition and now it's time to share this knowledge through a new business venture.

In preparation of this transition, I ask that you don't purchase more tanning points than you can use up by October 23, 2021 which is the last day the salon will be open for tanning. Until then, I will be maintaining the business hours posted here. If you have any tanning time left after that date, please don't fret because I'll take care of you just like I always have. If you've ever thought about having a tanning bed in your house, talk to me early because some of the equipment is already spoken for (but I'll let you jump the line).

Did you know that our skin is our largest organ? It's true and whatever you put on it can be absorbed into your bloodstream. Using clean personal care products can significantly reduce the toxic "forever chemicals" that we all accumulate throughout our lifetime. Chemical sunscreens are bad for your health and bad for the environment which is why these ingredients are already banned in many countries.

Only choose products that use titanium dioxide or zinc oxide as the active ingredients.
