Today was my ONE YEAR anniversary of moving into Madison Street Salon Suites! I tried posting different photos, but I felt this one was more timely. I love my clients, I love my little room, I love all the other folks I share space with, and even Delores and Alfred (pictured). I will forever be grateful for the decades I’ve spent on the square and all of the people that helped me along the way, but to have something that is solely my own has changed my life forever. I’m so grateful to every person that has ever graced my space. Thank you thank you THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. I cannot wait to see what year two brings!
What a strange and wonderful journey the last three months have been!? Thank You to everyone that has come through my door (albeit a bit tricky), that has re-booked, pre-booked, helped water my plants, brought me treats, ordered product (even if UPS got it lost), let me try something new, shoveled the sidewalk, sat through a smoke alarm, listened to my crazy stories, didn’t freak out when my crown came out, eaten my snacks, laughed with me, cried with me, told me your crazy stories, brought me your mother’s blanket to finish, or just gave me a chance…thank you from the bottom of my heart. I promise you all mean more to me than you will ever know and the fact that you return your love and joy to me is simply immeasurable. It’s always so much more than “just hair”. I will be out until Monday the 29th! Until then, I hope all of your holidays are merry and bright! ✨
