Incredible cut giving Regina Specter on Madison! Red is the new Blonde!

Megan came in with straight hair from roots to mid-shaft and beautiful golden ringlets on the ends. We then did a dry curly cut or “Deva Cut”, detoxed, cleansed and conditioned then styled with foam and gel. Doesn’t she look gorgeous? Give her some love! Thanks Megan!
