Also, a certified practitioner in TRE (tension & trauma releasing exercises). I specialize in Craniosacral Therapy. Myofascial Therapy, Muscle Energy Therapy and Lymph Drainage. I use all of these therapies to create a unique individualized session. All sessions are clothes on, pain free and relaxing. I work with migraines/headaches, joint pain, musculoskeletal discomfort such as sciatic issues, neck and lower back pain and anxiety to name a few.
