I am officially retired from doing hair, please reach out to Jessica Reid 419-307-6470 as she is taking over at His & Hers Hair Studio, she’s great I highly recommend her.

As many of you know after Covid hit I put my life on hold to do whatever I had to do to continue to see my mom after her home closed to visitations. That meant taking a job at the nursing home & working as a household assistant & aide, working almost everyday between there & my salon. The impact on my family has been enormous over the past year & even though my kids are older & my husband is truly the best ever it doesn’t mean they don’t need me. The time has come for me to make some difficult decisions & do what’s best for me & my family. So after 33 years of doing hair I have decided to give up my hair business & March 25th is officially my last day of doing hair. It’s been a very difficult decision but I had to follow my heart & I truly love caring for the elderly. Thank you for the friendships we have built & I truly appreciate your loyal patronage through these years. I will miss you all so very much. But with that being said I do have someone who is taking over my clientele. Jessica Reid, she has been doing hair for 14 years & I highly recommend her. Dear clients:
** If you are feeling ill, may of been exposed, or are supposed to be in quarantine please call and reschedule your appointment. We know appointments are important to people especially this time of the year but it’s not fair to us to possibly be exposed and then work on other clients and go home to our families.

**BEHIND THE EAR masks are required. If you arrive wearing a gator or any other face covering that covers any part of the back of your head you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. There will be no exceptions.

** Please continue to call or text us when you arrive and we will let you know when you can come in.

** Please sanitize your hands immediately upon arrival.

We are asking you to please follow these guide lines so we can continue to provide each of you a safe environment to get your hair done.

Please note our new salon guidelines before you attend your next appointment. Please read this post in its entirety as there are important details for your appointments with us moving forward.

*Behind the ear masks are required. No exceptions.
*No other family is permitted to attend your appointment with you.
*Call or text when you arrive to check in, please DO NOT enter the salon until you have been invited in.
*Immediately upon entering the salon please wash your hands.
*Please do not bring any extra items into the salon, just your keys, wallet and cell phone. We are trying to limit the amount of cross contamination.
* Due to our shampoo bowls putting your stylist in close proximity to your face, please, enjoy this time to sit back and relax. No conversation is needed!
*At this time all lip waxing services have been suspended. However, we will gladly fix your brows!

Due to a mandatory capacity on our salon, we can no longer allow people in the salon that are not receiving a service. Our salon waiting area is closed so we ask that you call or text your stylist when you arrive to check in and then wait in your car or outside the salon until your stylist is ready for you & invites you in.

Please note, at this time no tardiness can be accepted. We have new stricter guidelines on our cleaning and capacity. Therefore we absolutely can not run behind as it will affect our next client so please make sure you leave yourself plenty of time to arrive on time to your appointment. If you will not be able to make it on time please call as soon as possible so we can reschedule you.
We will open back up for business Friday May 15th at 10 a.m. Each stylist will now be booking their own appointments. Good morning! We just wanted to touch base with everyone in regards to Governor Dewine opening Ohio back up in phases. As much as we would love to open back up our State Board is going to dictate when we are allowed to. We miss everyone so much and are so grateful to have such amazing, understanding clients. Thank you all for being so understanding ❤️

Governor Mike DeWine has ordered the closure today of barbershops, beauty salons, tattoo parlors and hair and nail salons.

So all appts after today March 18th will be cancelled until further notice. This is hitting us very hard. If you have any questions please contact your stylist

In order be keep everyone safe we are asking if you have traveled in the last 2 weeks, had a fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath or been exposed to anyone who has had these symptoms that you please cancel your appt. & reschedule in 14 days. We are also asking that only the person scheduled for hair appt. enter our salon, so no one else will be allowed. We are doing this to try & contain exposure. Thank you for your understanding.
