☀️ Why Summer Aftercare Matters After Sugaring! 🍯

Summer means more sun, sweat, swimming, and heat all of which can irritate freshly sugared skin if you’re not careful.

Following your aftercare instructions helps reduce redness, prevent ingrown hairs and breakouts, and keeps your skin smooth and healthy.

Your appointment is only half the process great aftercare is what helps you get the best, longest-lasting results! 🌿✨

✅ DO:
• Wear loose, breathable clothing.
• Keep the area clean and dry.
• Stay hydrated.
• Apply a fragrance-free moisturizer after 24 hours if needed.
• Begin gentle exfoliation 2–3 times a week after 48 hours to help prevent ingrown hairs.

🚫 DON’T:
• Swim in pools, lakes, rivers, or hot tubs for 24–48 hours.
• Sunbathe or use tanning beds for 24–48 hours.
• Take hot baths or saunas for 24 hours.
• Exercise heavily or do activities that cause excessive sweating for 24 hours.
• Touch the treated area with dirty hands.
• Use scented lotions, perfumes, or harsh exfoliants immediately after your appointment.

With school getting out soon and having 4 kids home for the summer, life gets a little busier around here. I’m so thankful to be able to run my business while also being present with my family, and I truly appreciate all of your support and understanding during this season. 💕

Because of this, my availability will be a little more limited over the summer months.

✨ New Clients:
At this time, new clients will not be able to book through my online booking system. If you are a new client and would like an appointment, please feel free to message me and I will happily let you know if I have any openings available.

⏰ Cancellation Policy Reminder:
Since my time is limited, I will be enforcing my late cancellation fee. My appointment times are valuable, and last-minute cancellations make it difficult to offer that spot to someone else who may be waiting.

✨A question that I get asked often is what got me into Sugaring?🍯

Honestly, it started almost 5 years ago just trying to help my family with extra income. A good friend encouraged me to step out and try something new, and that’s when I was introduced to sugaring.

From the beginning, it just clicked. I was good at it, and I knew this could be something more. I invested in extra training, perfected my technique, and stepped outside of my comfort zone.

Fast forward 5 years later… and I’m so thankful I took that leap of faith.

What I didn’t realize back then is how many women this career would allow me to impact. This is so much more than hair removal for me. I’ve created a safe, judgment-free space where women can show up exactly as they are. Because let’s be real we all have moments of feeling insecure about our bodies.

My job is to help you feel comfortable, confident, and good in your own skin.

I’ve met the most incredible women, women who do it all, carry so much, and still show up every day. You inspire me more than you know. And being someone you trust, someone you feel safe with… that means everything to me.

That’s why I do what I do 🤍
