𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 | 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 

A $30 cancellation fee will be charged for an appointment that is cancelled less than 24 business hours before the appointment time, with the exception of the eyelash extension full set appointments.

𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 – Your $30 deposit secures your eyelash full set appointment. Your deposit will be applied to the purchase of a full set at the time of your appointment. Beautiful Remedy has a 24 hour cancellation policy. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE unless you cancel BEFORE 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Should you cancel less than 24 hours or fail to show for your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule before 24 hours of your appointment, you will be able to apply your deposit to your newly scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours or did not show to your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded and you will need to make a new deposit to reschedule. Since the eyelash full set appointment requires a deposit, the cancellation fee will not apply.

𝗟𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆

While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints.

Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists’ next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.
