This holiday season, our team at Bella Mente Counseling wanted to go beyond the work we do inside our office and give back to the community we are so honored to serve. ❤️🦃

We created four full Thanksgiving baskets—each with all the fixings and a turkey—and delivered them to local families in need. Our hope is to bring warmth, comfort, and a little extra joy to those who deserve it most this time of year.
