Welcome Alyson to the Flourish team!

As a wife, mother of six, and salon professional since 2008, I've experienced firsthand how life changes through the seasons—and how our hair changes right along with it. Those experiences have shaped both my life and my approach behind the chair.

My husband and I met on a blind date and were married just six months later. Today, we live on a small farm in Ohio, where life is full of family, faith, and plenty of adventure. When I'm not at the salon, you'll likely find me tending my garden, cooking for a crowd, camping with my family, or staying up far too late to finish a good historical fiction novel. I love Ohio's changing seasons and the reminder that every stage of life brings its own kind of beauty.

That belief carries into my work as a stylist. Over the years, I have refined my focus to gray coverage, gray blending, and helping women age gracefully and confidently. I understand that as our lives evolve, our hair needs often change too. My goal is never to chase trends or create a look that doesn't feel authentic to you. Instead, I combine color analysis, advanced haircutting, and customized color techniques to create a look that complements your natural features, fits your lifestyle, and helps you feel like the best version of yourself.

I believe beauty isn't about looking younger—it's about looking like yourself at your absolute best. Whether you're maintaining your signature style, navigating changing hair, embracing your gray, or discovering colors that truly enhance your natural beauty, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you feel confident every time you look in the mirror.

For me, the best part of this industry has always been the relationships. It is a privilege to walk alongside women through the many seasons of life, helping them feel seen, cared for, and beautiful along the way.
