I just attended a facial cupping class!

Facial cupping is a gentle technique using small silicone cups that create light suction on the skin. That suction lifts the tissue just enough to increase circulation and encourage lymphatic drainage, which can help with puffiness and that “stuck” or tense feeling in the face. It’s very different from body cupping, this is light, controlled, and shouldn’t leave marks when it’s done correctly. (Some skin tones do have redness come up) The increased blood flow can help the skin look a little brighter and more awake, and it also helps release tight facial muscles and fascia that hold a lot of everyday tension from things like stress, jaw clenching, and screen time
