This little princess holds such a special place in my heart. 🥹🤍

I had the beautiful privilege of being there when she was born.

Before her delivery, her mom looked at me and said, “Dra., can you be part of my birth plan?” I had a weekend away planned right before she was due, and she kept telling me, “You better be here because you’re part of my birth plan!” 😂

Well… this little princess waited for me. 🤍

To her beautiful mama: you were so brave. Thank you for trusting me and allowing me to be part of such a special and unforgettable moment in your life.

And today, this beautiful princess came to visit me while Mama received her vitamin infusion. 🥹💕 Holding her today after having the privilege of being there the moment she entered this world was so special. What a beautiful reminder of God’s miracles. 🙏🏼🤍

¡Claro que sí! Pero un referido no se puede crear sin la información médica necesaria. Necesitamos saber por qué necesita el referido, para qué condición será evaluado y a dónde ira.

Un referido no es simplemente un documento. Dependiendo de su seguro, la razón del referido y si nuestra oficina ha evaluado esa condición, es posible que necesitemos récords médicos, la información del especialista o una cita con su proveedor de cuidado primario antes de poder completar el referido.
Si fue evaluado en una sala de emergencia, urgent care, hospital u otra facilidad médica, asegúrese de que nuestra oficina tenga los récords o las instrucciones de alta correspondientes.

Tener la información correcta nos ayuda a procesar su referido de manera adecuada y a evitar retrasos en su cuidado.

A referral is not simply a piece of paper. Depending on your insurance, the reason for the referral, and whether our office has evaluated the condition, we may need records, specialist information, or an appointment with your P*P before the referral can be completed.

If you were seen at an ER, urgent care, hospital, or another facility, please make sure we have the appropriate records or discharge information.
Having the correct information helps us process your referral accurately and helps prevent delays in your care.
