Lip filler can be done a variety of ways, ranging from very minimal and nearly imperceptible, to moderate and tastefully done, all the way up to excessive, over-the-top unnatural.

The important point is to find an injector who:
(1) Knows how to inject and how to inject safely
(2) Has an aesthetic eye for what is pretty, natural and feminine
(3) Can customize technique/approach to meet your goals (but who also can be honest and transparent if goals are unrealistic or unattainable)
(4) Knows when to call it quits if they’re getting too big (fair enough, Susan)

Starting the week off right with another pair of lips to die for! This gal requested lips and wanted her top lip to be fuller in relation to her bottom lip. 1 cc later and there you have it! She was psyched about the increase in projection and vertical height 👄

OR Fridays don’t happen that often but when they do, you come prepared 👌🏼

LIPS....my favorite thing to inject! For this beauty I used a combination of traditional injection technique and the .van.eijk technique (seen here) to give her volume, shape and a subtle eversion of the lip border for the perfect plump 👄

Introducing the ! The perfect option for someone looking for subtle enhancement of lip shape and improved show of the top lip. This is performed using a neurotoxin like Dysport or Botox. I love offering this for patients who aren’t interested in a major change or those who don’t want fillers for lip enhancement...
A couple quick injections and results will be evident in a few days. No downtime! It is normal for the top lip to feel a little stiff/tingly/numb for the first few weeks. But the results are so worth it ☺️ Photos taken before and 10 days after injection.
