How to love your ordinary life.

Now I’m seeing alot of people talk about. Self love/care doing gratitude journals, speaking positive affirmations. Those are all amazing. I want to break it down for you.

Waking up with a grateful heart sounds so cliche plus anticlimactic.
Small simple steps lead to massively fulfilling lives.
Waking up and just being thankful you’re blessed with another day is huge not everyone gets that gift. We all take that for granted and just expect our eyes will open in the morning.

The power of speaking out loud positive affirmations. It’s one thing to think it, when you speak it out loud to yourself it will change your whole life your brain is so powerful fill it with love and appreciation.

I’ll give you three prompts to write down place it on your mirror and start speaking out loud every single morning.
