Krystal Hopkins; Get Krystalized Hair

Pretty sure taught me this 4 years ago. It couldn’t be more true. There have been many phases in the past (14?) years of doing hair. Whenever I’m feeling stumped, in a rut or inspired to be something more, I start with educating myself to make a change for the better.
Well lately I’ve been in that phase. Do you know the feeling?
I recently took a class with as I wanted to sharpen my skills with blonding, I took home so much more value in the chemistry of hair. I’m currently going through certification to provide a better extension service, better integrity, a better understanding, a more realistic effect. So far it’s been eye opening and got so much more than a simple extension application out of it. I have wanted to run my business more efficiently and smarter, knowing all the ins and outs of numbers so I often refer back to make that money class every few months. I’m a work in PROGRESS as everyone is! It’s ok to be still, it’s ok to go 100mph it’s all good. I share this to inspire you, also to let you know I want the best for anyone in my chair, my family friends, help others and to keep my passion in my career thriving! .and.co

What’s your best advice to keeping your long hair happy healthy and manageable?

Tip: invest in a great leave in conditioner. Oligo 18-1 is my favorite

So much comes to mind for me. I’ve felt stress and overwhelm. I know I’m not alone. I worry about returning messages, if I made everyone happy today. I worry about your color, your haircut, if I can fit a few more in my schedule this month 🤣. I realized these have been always a worry and nothing new, but what’s different this time? To start: I’ve learned I’m not meant to make everyone happy! It just isn’t 100% possible so I’m thankful to accept that I tried.
So how can I influence my energy and feel positive and be contagious?
For me it always comes back to being proactive, sleep, gratitude, exercise, healthy diet, water, work life balance and some good laughs.

Chose yourself first and the rest will follow.
