I had an amazing time as a TA for Ian Harvey last week in Albany! I had the honor of creating a meditative session for an oncology patient this week. We started with fully clothed side lying massage for neck and back using my adjustable table and lots of pillows for maximum comfort. Then we finished with a personalized sound bath allowing for comfort and much needed rest. Each session is designed together so you receive what you need in the moment. I am happy to combine massage, Reiki, and sound for you to relax into. Let’s plan something together. ❤️
