******Cancellation Policy******

Any Cancellation or reschedule for Posh Nails within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a 25.00 missed appointment fee. Same day cancellations or no shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. If you have an appointment for 2 or more services and cancel one of them at the time of your appointments you will be charged for all booked appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment you may need to reschedule and will lose any deposit you may have paid. Being a business that is based on appointments only I value your time to make that appointment for you and I just ask that you value my time and give me the courtesy of communicating with me. If I know that you are not coming I can try to fill your appointment but when it is last minute that time slot may not be able to be filled.
