Salt therapy is also known as halotherapy! The word “halo” comes from the Greek word halos, meaning salt, a practice inspired by the naturally refreshing environments of salt caves.

Whether you’re looking to unwind after a long day, support easier breathing, or simply enjoy a peaceful wellness experience, halotherapy offers a relaxing way to recharge both body and mind.

I am excited to start offering monthly Soundbath meditations. They will be held on the day of the new moon. The first one is Wednesday August 12th. The meditation will be held upstairs in the media room at The Kinergy Center. There is no longer a need to bring mats, blankets or pillows. Wear comfortable clothing, leave your phones behind (in your car or at home) & everyone will be seated on a comfy theater chair. The cost is $45. The doors will be open from 6:30 - 6:55 pm and the Meditation will begin promptly at 7 pm.
Each month the new moon signifies a time for setting clear intentions, new beginnings and powerful transformations. We don't always need to make huge changes or decisions to transform our lives. It takes a small intention or even simply a thought to begin the shift. Join me each month on the day of the new moon, to meditate, breath, reflect, set your intention, and connect to your intuition, guides and angels. That may sound complicated, but trust me, it is one of our superpowers. We are our own superheroes infused with the power to connect, create and love.
