I had a misunderstanding with a client who is very valued just like all of my clients here. So I wanted to come on here to make sure everyone understand my online booking process .
When anyone requests an appointment from me it is not a guaranteed appointment. It can be approved or denied . If it is denied it is not ever personally motivated it is just I sometimes can be unavailable. I am the owner & only worker for my business so sometimes I just have to ask clients if they have another date if possible for them .

I hope this clears up any confusion , I feel like i mistakenly without ever meaning to upset someone & I just wanted to make sure I always do better as an owner. Rae of light is something I pour my soul into so I just wanted to make sure to correct this
