As my schedule continues to grow, I’m putting a cancellation policy in place to help protect my time and ensure I’m able to give each client the attention they deserve.
Please keep these guidelines in mind when booking:
🕐 24+ hours notice: No cancellation fee
🕐 Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the scheduled service
🕐 No-shows: 100% of the scheduled service
If you need to reschedule, I completely understand that life happens! 🖤 I just ask that you give me as much notice as possible so I have the opportunity to fill your appointment time.
Moving forward, these guidelines will apply to all appointments so that everything is fair and consistent for everyone.
