We have been experiencing excessive no show and/or late cancelations and rescheduling. To help maintain timely access to care and reduce wait times, we are updating our appointment policy. Missed and last-minute changes limit availability for other clients and impact our schedule.

Late Cancellation/Reschedule Definition:
A late cancellation or reschedule is any change made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

New policy as of January 2026:
Policy will now be that before you are allowed to reschedule you must pay 50% of your missed appointment.

We thank and appreciate every client that we all have but unfortunately last minute cancelations and rescheduling affects our bottom line.
