We start with skin health first. Before trying to correct anything, we look at your current routine, your skin barrier, hair-removal schedule, lifestyle and potential ingrown triggers. Then we slowly introduce treatment based on what your skin actually needs.

I’ve quietly been creating treatment plans like these for a handful of my clients and watching their skin improve over time has made me realize this is something I want to offer to anyone who feels like there’s a missing piece in their body care.

My husband and I often reflect on how nervous we were to take the leap and open Sugar Bare. That risk has rewarded us in ways far beyond anything we could have planned. God had a plan for the gifts He blessed me with, and I’m incredibly grateful for the support that has allowed me to grow as a wife, mother, and entrepreneur.

Your skin between appointments matters just as much as the appointment itself ✨

Ingrowns, cystic bumps, irritation, and hyperpigmentation can happen, but they can improve with consistency and proper home care.

A lot of skin concerns come from:
• Dead skin buildup from lack of exfoliation
• Dehydrated skin that can’t shed properly
• Friction from tight clothing or constant rubbing
• Sweat, oil, and bacteria sitting on the skin overnight

How would I treat it? 👇🏽

✨ Start with the Nudie Glycolic Body Scrub 3–4x a week in the shower to loosen buildup and help reduce trapped hairs
✨ Follow with a fragrance-free body lotion to restore hydration and support the skin barrier
✨ Finish with the Nudie Healing Oil to nourish compromised or irritated skin

Once the skin is healthier and the barrier is strengthened:

🍋 Reduce the glycolic scrub to 2–3x a week for maintenance
🧼 Incorporate an exfoliating cloth for gentle physical exfoliation between treatments
🌿 Transition to a nourishing oil with antibacterial properties like tea tree to maintain healthy skin and help prevent future congestion
