Spent today in Philadelphia at an InMode event and got to experience the new Morpheus8 Cool firsthand!

And WOW. 🤍

Morpheus8 has always been known for delivering impressive results, but the discomfort has been a big part of the conversation.

This new technology is changing that. I tried it without any numbing, and the difference in comfort was incredible.

A treatment that was once known for being painful is becoming virtually painless.

This is the kind of innovation in aesthetics I get excited about.

For this patient, we used just ½ syringe of lip filler to enhance her natural shape, soften the “M” shape of her upper lip, and create more balance, fullness, and hydration.

These small, intentional changes enhance what’s already beautiful, allowing her to feel like herself, just with a little more confidence. 🤍

After 23+ years in scrubs, getting dressed in actual clothes feels like a whole new kind of freedom.

It might seem like a small thing, but to me, it represents something so much bigger.

A new chapter. A business I built. A life I chose.

And yes, I’m enjoying every single outfit. 🤍

A little behind-the-scenes look at what we’ve been exploring today…

Let’s just say we’re always looking for ways to take the patient experience at VOS to the next level.

Stay tuned. 🤍

RISE Summit 2026. Houston, Texas. I am still feeling on top of the world. 🤍

I came home with pages of notes, new ideas, advanced aesthetic techniques, and a reminder that growth happens in so many different ways.

I had the opportunity to learn from some of the best of the best in our industry, from all around the world - providers, educators, and leaders who continue to raise the bar in aesthetic medicine.

Market smarter. Know your numbers. Build good habits early. Trust your abilities. And never underestimate the value of attention to detail - something I’ve realized is one of my greatest strengths.

But the biggest takeaway?

The more I invest in becoming better, the more I can give to my patients.

Better technique. Better judgment. Better patient experiences. Better results.

I left Houston inspired, confident, and excited to bring what I learned back into the treatment room and into the business as a whole.

Because you deserve a provider who never stops learning and an aesthetic practice that meets all of your expectations. 🤍

Build a life you love looking at.

Not the life that feels safest. Not the one that makes the most sense to everyone else. The one that feels like yours.

Take the chance. Do the scary thing. Trust yourself enough to go after what you want.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. Sometimes you just have to be brave enough to take the first step.

And then another. 🤍

A very special Happy 29th Birthday to my mini me. 🤍

My first born. My rock through so many chapters of life. My twin in so many ways.

She is strong, independent, loyal, fiercely loving, and beautiful inside and out. She wears her heart on her sleeve and would truly give you the shirt off her back.

I am so incredibly proud of the woman she has become, and I cannot wait to see what this next chapter of life has in store for her.

Please help me wish this beautiful girl a very Happy 29th Birthday. 🤍

Yesterday was a reminder of what happens when women get in a room and come ready to build.

Surrounded by incredible women talking business, sharing ideas, strategizing, and challenging each other to think bigger.

Empowerment. Strength. Purpose. Drive.

There’s something powerful about being surrounded by women who are building something of their own - and aren’t afraid to dream bigger while doing it.

A special thank you to everyone who brought this event to life - the organizers, the incredible speakers who shared their knowledge and experience, and everyone who contributed their time, resources, and energy to make the day so special.

Grateful for the conversations, the connections, and the reminder that growth doesn’t happen alone. 🤍

Never underestimate what a small change can do.

A little more lip.
A little more cheek.
A change to your skin, your body, your breasts, your booty—whatever it is.

Because sometimes, it isn’t about changing your face or your body.

It’s about changing the way you feel when you look at yourself.

It’s the moment you catch your reflection and finally see what you’ve been wanting to see.

It’s the confidence that walks a little taller.
The smile that comes a little easier.
The feeling of I did this for me.

And that feeling?

That’s powerful.

Because sometimes the change you make on the outside unlocks something you’ve been waiting to feel on the inside. Sometimes, one small change can change the way you see yourself in ways that are anything but small.

How can we make this gorgeous patient feel even more beautiful and confident?

We’re starting with her cheeks using Radiesse, while keeping her entire face and facial structure in mind. Every feature plays a role in overall balance, proportion, and harmony.
