OPEN APPOINTMENTS for this week
Remember, many clients grab their next visit before they leave (and lock in VIP pricing). This makes waiting to book until you need it difficult to get in. If you see an opening that works for you, book now to claim your favorite therapist and time.
If you leave a message, be aware that we take appointments based on the time a message is left. You may find the appointment you hoped to get went to another client even though you called as soon as we opened or even before.
Check the schedule and don't hesitate if you think you want to book,
📍 Main Location: 200 Spring Ridge Drive, Wyomissing
📍 Alliance Fitness Center: 1 Meridian Blvd., Wyomissing (Behind Kohl's)
📞 484-755-5610
💻 Book online: www.newbeginningsmt.com
Remember we post daily open appointments — follow this page for last-minute openings because of cancellations. Self-care waits for no one — grab your spot today!

Every body’s carrying something. 💗
Some things we can see. Others are carried quietly.
A diagnosis. Treatment. Recovery. Waiting for answers. Caring for someone you love. Missing someone you’ve lost. Or simply navigating a life that has been changed by breast cancer.
This October, during **Breast Cancer Awareness Month**, we’re holding space for every person and every family whose story has been touched by breast cancer.
May we remember to check in with one another, offer kindness freely, and be gentle with ourselves, too.
From all of us at New Beginnings, we’re thinking of you. 💗
