Hi guys and good afternoon!
I hope everyone is doing well and thank you for your business. Working with each and every one of you is a blessing to me.
From now moving forward I am going to enforce my policy that is sent via the cut app regarding my cancellation/no-show policy. If your appointment is canceled with less than a 24 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the service. If you no call no show, you will be charged the full amount upon booking with me for your next appointment. If you show up 15 minutes after your scheduled time, your appointment will be canceled and the policy will be applied. Im sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you guys again for your business🩷
