Here at the salon I value both your time and the time of all of my clients.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying me or the salon, a $25 no-show fee after 2 missed appointments will be added to your account and collected at your next visit.

When an appointment is missed, that time could have been offered to another client who was waiting for an opening.

I understand that life happens! If something comes up and you can't make your appointment, please call or text me before your scheduled appointment time. I will be happy to remove you from the schedule and help you reschedule, which will also help you avoid the $25 no-show fee.
