This 90-minute workshop will help you better understand your hips, why they become tight, and how they impact the rest of your body.

You’ll leave with the “secret sauce”—a simple, effective plan you can continue at home to help your hips heal, become stronger, and move more freely.

Whether you’re an athlete, spend hours sitting at a desk, or simply want to improve your mobility, this workshop is for you.
