I’m currently shifting to working Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am still doing free half hour consultations but have an approximately four month wait list.

Wow! Things are busy in the therapy world! I currently have a short wait list but will still do consultations to see if you want to be added to it. I’m completely booked for the next three weeks though. My late afternoon/evening hours are the most difficult to get into and would mean a longer wait. Mid-day appointments would likely get in within a month of getting on the wait list at this point in time. No guarantees of course-just a best guess based on history.

Hello! I have a couple of updates!
I finally received my certificate and am officially an EMDR Therapist-through EMDRIA approved training!
I’m very excited about this and love what can happen with EMDR!
Also-I’m moving offices! Beginning October I’ll be just off 50th and Summitview.
And yes, currently I’m taking new clients🙂

I’m very excited to be adding EMDR treatment to my practice. Currently I’m in training, but at the point where I can use it. I’m getting regular consultation for it as well. If you have any questions, let me know!

Currently I am working on becoming a preferred provider for Kaiser and Regence, but it takes time. If you are interested in counseling and have an insurance that I am not a preferred provider for like these the option is to pay as you go and I would give you a superbill to turn into your insurance for whatever amount of payment that they are willing to pay.
And Yes, currently I am taking new clients. :)

Currently taking clients in office or by Telehealth.
Many of my clients who do not have significant trauma and work what I’m teaching them are either finished with counseling or come much more sporadically by 6-8 weeks due to the progress we make and the sense of peace that they have.

I just wanted to pass on that I’m working more close to full time now and I still have a few openings if you or someone you know is looking for a counselor. In-person or Telehealth.

I know Covid-19 has impacted us all. I know many people are struggling to manage all the emotions going on in them. Please get help. Don’t let your mental health be any further compromised. Reach out to a supportive friend or find a good counselor.
