But most of all, I regained my balance through Zazen, Buddhist meditation practice, and through my Shiatsu practitioner, who teaches me to regulate body and soul. I do a lot of walking, and I can take more time to do some things I like. I love to listen to music and dance. To visit exhibitions to admire beautiful art. To read books, to be a grandma.

I am 69, and the little girl is still inside of me. I could not live without humor and a dose of silliness. But luckily, I became more mature and self-assured. How old do I feel… difficult to say… I am happy with my age.”
